– It is a service meant for our existing patients and dentist for a simple consultation only, and cannot be replaced with any physical assessment or treatments. All patients must visit our clinic for any clinical diagnosis.
What you will need: A camera phone and a family member to help you to take the photos

Open your mouth as wide as you can and tilt your head up. The angle of the camera should come from below.

We will get in touch with you within 24 hours. An email will be sent to you to get your consent to attend a virtual consultation with our dentists (if required). Otherwise, a physical appointment to see the dentist will be made and scheduled to be held after 01 Jun 2020.

There are no charges for the virtual consultation.
Our dentists will typically reply to you within 24 hours. However, if there is a high volume of scans completed, we might take up to 3 working days to respond.
For a front view of your teeth, bite down on your back teeth and smile while pulling your lips and cheeks back as much as you can.
For a side view, repeat the step above and angle the camera to ensure that the back of your teeth is visible in the shot. Repeat this with the other side of your face.
For your upper teeth, open your mouth as wide as you can and tilt your head up. The picture should be taken from below.
For your lower teeth, open your mouth as wide as possible and tilt your head down. The picture should be taken from above.
Tip:
You can use a tablespoon to pull your cheeks back instead of using your fingers.
Alternatively, you can also get your loved ones to help you take the photo.
