As a Medisave accredited dental clinic, patients may be able to claim a portion of their surgical expenses from their CPF Medisave Account.
In order to be able to claim from your Medisave account, you will need to meet the following requirements.
In the event that you do not have an account or have insufficient balance, your immediate family members would be able to pay for you using their Medisave accounts.
Medisave is only claimable for dental treatments that involve surgery due to medical reasons. Hence, you will be able to claim the following:

You will be able to enjoy non-surgical treatments at a subsidised rate if you have a CHAS/MG/PG card.

During the booking of your appointment, our customer service officer will advise you if the treatment is claimable from your Medisave.
On the day of your appointment, please bring along your NRIC for verification purposes. You will be asked to complete the Medical Claims Authorisation Form if you would like to claim from your Medisave account.
You will be requested to login to your Singpass account to check if you have sufficient balance. Alternatively, you may bring along a physical copy of your Medisave Statement of Account for verification.
Once verified, we will proceed with the claim submission. A Medisave Claims Statement will be sent to you as soon as the deduction has been processed.
If you have sufficient funds in your Medisave account, you will only be required to pay the difference between the total sum and Medisave portion upfront.
However, if you do not have sufficient funds in your Medisave account, a partial or full sum will be collected from you on the same day of your appointment.

The exact amount that you will be able to claim is determined by specific codes based on the surgical procedures done.
Your attending dentist will assess the amount claimable upon completion of the surgery based on a fixed withdrawal limit set by the Ministry of Health. You can refer to the Table of Surgical Procedures for more information.
