An open bite is when your upper and lower teeth do not touch when your mouth is closed. This may affect your appearance and cause speech problems like having a lisp.
Spacing is when there is a gap between two or more of your teeth. It may cause speech problems and food can get stuck easily.

You may feel some pressure or tightness when you start a new set of aligners, especially in the first few days. This is completely normal and usually means the aligners are working as intended. Most patients find Invisalign far more comfortable than traditional braces, and any discomfort typically fades quickly.

After IPR is done (if required), attachments may be used to provide grip for your Invisalign aligners to apply pressure to your teeth to guide them to their desired locations.
